| Union House is located within the Denton ISD attendance area. Zoned schools include Paloma Creek Elementary School, Navo Middle School and Ray E. Braswell High School. School attendance boundaries are subject to change. Please contact Denton ISD to confirm zoning and enrollment eligibility. |
How do I apply at Union House?
| You can find the application online at www.unionhousebyhillwood.com. Once you find the floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and complete the application process. What utilities are included?
| Your monthly rental fees include water, sewer, trash and pest control. Electricity is billed separately through CoServe. |
Where will I park my car?
| Union House offers a variety of convenient parking options, including first-come, first-served parking, covered carports, and detached garages. We also offer two on-site EV charging stations for your convenience. |
Are washers and dryers included?
| Full-size washers and dryers are included in select one-bedroom floor plans. All other apartments offer full-size washer and dryer connections. |
Is Union House pet friendly?
| Absolutely! We love our furry residents and welcome pets at Union House. Our community features two on-site dog parks and a convenient dog-washing station for your four-legged family members. |
How do I pay rent?
| Rent rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. As soon as you sign the lease, you've legally agreed to the terms. At Union House, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, Moneygram and major credit cards). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month or set up automatic withdrawals. If you choose to pay rent via certified funds or personal check, you can bring payment to the leasing office on the 1st of each month. If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office. |
What shopping and dining options are nearby?
